6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the Application, including tasks, goals, and lists. By creating content, you grant us a license to store, display, and back up your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and agree not to create content that:

• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains malicious code or spam

IN NO EVENT SHALL DAILY DASHBOARD APP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daily Dashboard App and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
